-MLA format has been a constant for me. Since high school, I have been involved with MLA and have that locked in my brain. Any essay I ever do I write in MLA format because that is what I was taught through high school. Though I have been doing it for a while, I am not perfect. I do mess up a lot for little things I forget to look over and such. The biggest challenge I have with MLA is the works cited page at the end of every essay. I used to in high school just use a website called easy bib which would cite it for you and you didn’t have to do much work along with it. Coming into college, citing became harder. My issues started when I would have to cite an essay within a book. For some reason, this made it hard for me to understand and grasp. At The start, I would just cite the book it was in. I began realizing that was not correct and I needed to figure out how to cite the essay within the book. My citing used to look like this: BARRIOS, BARCLAY. Emerging: Contemporary Readings for Writers. BEDFORD BKS ST MARTIN’S, 2021.
That cite only has the book not the essay in the book

For sentence level error I believe I have grown is the way of developing sentences in my paper from first drafts to final drafts. I still know I need to work on this topic because I easily browse over little errors that I could fix. But after peer review I am able to take their comments and reflect and fix those problems.
